Dominic Figueroa
MSN, BA • Order of Malta Mission to the United NationsDominic Figueroa is one of eight children and grew up in Northern California. He enjoyed many adventures with his family where he learned life’s most important lesson: love involves sacrifice.
He attended Franciscan University of Steubenville, where he completed his B.A. in Theology. He took what he had learned there and worked in youth ministry for four years.
After those experiences, Dominic worked in Los Angeles as a missionary, promoting human dignity and authentic love.
Following that, he completed his MSN at the University of San Francisco, which gave him the opportunity to put the love of God into action through encountering others in their sufferings.
Dominic currently works as an orthopedic nurse at a hospital in Napa, CA where he serves his local community. He only wants others to know one thing: He has been touched by God’s mercy and wants to share it with others.

Dominic’s story:
Dominic was featured on Fox News after leaving his current nursing position in CA to go immediately to Poland to help refugees crossing from Ukraine — in early stages of the Russian/Ukraine War. I found this ‘extraordinary!’ He will be flying directly from Poland to attend.
We’ve never met, but after listening to an hour-long podcast where he was interviewed, I feel like I’ve known him forever!
